The following is a list of the major changes to the Italian section of this web over the last few months, with the most recent changes shown first:

New draft law on lawyers (disegna di legge sull'ordinamento professionale degli avvocati) which if adopted will alter the structure of the Italian legal profession of avvocato in several important ways. Most of the pages dealing with Italian lawyers have been amended accordingly to note the major implications. The law is not yet adopted and thus not in force. Implications of the law are therefore highlighted in a red font. It is expected to allow incorporated practice and partnerships between lawyers, and may even contemplate allowing multidisciplinary practice.
