Born in Pordenone on 10th September, 1950.

He is a civil lawyer.
He obtained his upper school leaving certificate at the Liceo Ginnasio Classico and graduated in Law at the University of Trieste with a research thesis on law informatics with the title Law cybernetics and the juridical information crisis with particular regard to International private Law.
He has practised as an occasional contributor journalist and was on the official roll of journalists in 1976. He has also been managing director of private television stations. He has taught Law and Economic subjects in upper schools.
He has co-ordinated annual Training courses in Law preparing for the examination qualifying to practice as lawyer, as well as courses in administrative law for Public Administration civil servants.
He is president of the Association for the study of law as well as inventor, in 1994, of the multimedial university and post-university didactic method in video-conference with the LUISS University of Rome and the Bocconi University of Milan.
He collaborates with the law journal Studium Iuris edited by Cedam (Padova) for which he writes on law and informatics problems.
He is a member of Eurojuris International.
